Our store is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 11am to  3pm.

 Yes, all our crystals are 100% authentic. We source our crystals from reputable suppliers and carefully inspect each piece before offering it for sale. 

. Both in-person and online readings provide valuable insights. In-person readings offer a more personal experience, while online readings offer convenience and can be done from anywhere. The quality of the reading is the same for both options. 

 To prepare for a reading, we recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. It's helpful to come with an open mind and any questions you'd like to ask. You don't need to provide any information beforehand – just be ready to listen and engage with the medium. 

 All sales are final. We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure quality. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us immediately. 

 Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the US are delivered within 3-5 business days. International shipping may take 7-14 business days. 

 Most crystals can be cleaned gently with warm water and mild soap. Some crystals, however, are water-soluble and should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. We recommend researching the specific care instructions for each type of crystal you own. 

 Crystals can absorb energy over time. To cleanse and recharge your crystals, you can place them in moonlight, bury them in the earth for a few hours, use our Super Clearing spray or use sage smudging.
